Returns Eligibility

Items are eligible for return or exchange if:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased during clearance or final sale
Gift cards or promotional products
Products returned without original packaging or tags

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged

Customers will be notified once the refund has been approved and completed.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
